πŸ›  The Tapi Supplier Dashboard πŸ›

The Tapi tradie dashboard is an optional free dashboard that you can use to manage the pipeline of jobs that you're receiving from all of the property managements agencies that you work with.

Watch this quick video to learn how to navigate it:

Needs Attention ⚠️

When logging in to your Tapi Supplier Dashboard you will be taken right to your 'Needs Attention' tab which has all the jobs awaiting your action.

This is a great place to check to know exactly what you need to do to progress the work orders which have been assigned to you!

You'll also notice the little blue speech bubble in the bottom right corner here. ⬆️

If you click into this and you can chat to our support team who will reply to your query. Currently they work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm! πŸ˜€

Upcoming πŸ‘·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Within the upcoming tab you can view all jobs which you have accepted and scheduled which are due to be attended by you.

Awaiting Invoice πŸ’°

Once jobs have passed the scheduled date and have been marked as job completed (you can learn about this, here), the next step is to upload your invoice so you can be paid. Within the awaiting invoice tab you will see all jobs which require you to upload an invoice.

Open Jobs πŸ‘

Within the open jobs tab you can view all the jobs which are open but not needing your action at the moment as they are awaiting the action of someone else.

You can always open these jobs up and send a message within them if you want to follow up or have anything further to add to them.

Closed Jobs βœ…

Finally, you have your closed tab. You can view all your completed or cancelled jobs here so you have a record of all the work you have completed via Tapi.
