Overview
The Tapi Supplier Dashboard is a free tool for trades and suppliers to manage all maintenance jobs received from property management agencies — all in one place. It helps you easily track what needs your attention, what’s upcoming, and what’s been completed.
Needs Attention ⚠️
When you log in, you’ll land on the Needs Attention tab — your main action hub.
Here you’ll find all jobs awaiting your input, such as those needing scheduling, quoting, or completion confirmation.
This view helps you prioritise tasks and ensures no job slips through the cracks.
💡Need help? Click the blue speech bubble in the bottom-right corner to chat directly with Tapi Support. The team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Upcoming 👷♂️
The Upcoming tab shows all jobs you’ve accepted and scheduled but not yet completed. Use this view to stay organised and plan your day or week ahead.

Awaiting Invoice 💰
After a job’s scheduled date has passed and you’ve confirmed completion, it moves into Awaiting Invoice. This is where you upload your invoice to get paid.

Open Jobs 👍
The Open Jobs tab includes jobs that are in progress but don’t currently require your action — for example, if they’re waiting for property manager approval or tenant confirmation.
You can still open these jobs to check progress or send a message to the property manager directly in the chat thread.
Closed Jobs ✅
The Closed Jobs tab stores all completed or cancelled jobs for your records.
Use this tab to review past work, download details if needed, or cross-check your invoicing history.

The Supplier Dashboard is completely free — no downloads or sign-ins beyond your first setup.
Check Needs Attention daily to keep your jobs moving.
Use Upcoming to manage your schedule and plan your workweek.
Upload invoices as soon as jobs are completed to avoid delays in payment.
