How do I change my contact details?

Learn how to update your email, phone number, or business name as a tradie in Tapi.

Short Answer

To update your contact details, you’ll need to contact the property management agency you work with. They’ll update your information in their trust accounting software, which will then sync automatically into Tapi.


Expanded Answer

Tapi syncs supplier information directly from your property manager’s trust accounting system (such as Property Me, Palace, Reapit-PM, or Property Tree).
If you need to update your:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Business name

Follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Property Management Agency
    Ask them to update your details in their trust account system.

  2. Wait for Sync
    Tapi will automatically pull the new information during the next sync (usually within an hour).

  3. Reset Your Password (If Needed)
    Once the new email address has synced, select “Forgot Password” on the Tapi login page to reset your credentials.

Tips & Reminders

  • All supplier details flow from your property manager’s trust account system — Tapi can’t edit them manually.

  • Always confirm your property manager has updated the correct email address before resetting your password.

  • If you work with multiple agencies, make sure your contact info is updated in each agency’s system.
