You can download any Tapi work order as a PDF by selecting “Print work order” and changing the destination to “Save as PDF.”
Expanded Answer
If you’d like to keep a copy of your Tapi work order for your own records or to upload into another system, you can easily save it as a PDF.
Follow these steps:
Open the work order you want to download.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Print work order” (or “Print quote request” if applicable).
When your browser’s print window opens, change the Destination to “Save as PDF.”
Then click Save to download the file to your device.
✅ You’ve now successfully saved a PDF version of your work order!

Tips & Reminders
The PDF version includes all work order details visible in Tapi.
Check your browser’s “Downloads” folder if you can’t find the saved file.
This option works on both desktop and mobile browsers that support PDF saving.
