You have access to our support team too! πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»πŸ§

Just remember that they are technical support for Tapi, not property managers.

So, if you're question is about a repair at your property, they will not be able to assist you.

Where do I report maintenance?

Your property management agency will have a Tenant Concierge installed on their website. If you're unsure, we recommend googling your Property Management company name + the location you live in. Then navigate to the tenants space and look for where to "report maintenance".

You will see a chatbot like this:

You also may have a QR code located in your property. You'll be able to point your camera at this QR code. This will prompt you to open a browser. From there, you'll be able to start reporting maintenance.

Where is the QR code located?

Agencies are able to choose where the QR code is located. However this is commonly found underneath your kitchen sink inside the cupboard.

Why do I have to answer the questions?

These questions are designed to create a comprehensive report of the repairs required at your home. The benefit of answering these questions and uploading the photos/videos of the issue when prompted is that your property manager has all of the information they need right at the beginning.

This means you don't need to spend as much time chatting with your property manager answering questions.

It also means that if the property manager needs to seek instructions from the landlord, the landlord will be able to see a full report of the issue.

Did you know!? It's proven that jobs submitted via the Tapi chatbot are approved faster by landlords 🀯

Where can I check for progress on my job?

Your Property Manager will communicate updates to you via email.
