Confirming a job

You have completed the work and now need to confirm the work has been completed

After your scheduled date has passed, you will receive an email asking you to confirm whether the work has been completed. 

  • Click on the link in the email. You will be redirected to the work order.

  • On the right hand side you will see 3 options to select from. Select the one that applies.

  • A pop up message will appear where you can add a message to the property manager if necessary.

Yes, all done! 

No, schedule new appointment 

No, provide a quote
