When you identify extra work that needs approval from the property manager or landlord, it’s important to submit a new job request before taking action. This ensures proper authorisation and keeps communication transparent.
Follow these two simple steps:
Click “Submit job request” At the top-right corner of your work order, select the Submit job request button.
Complete the Request Form. Fill in the following details:
Title: A short, clear summary of the job.
Description: Explain the issue and the work required.
Urgency: Tick Urgent if the work is time-sensitive or safety-related.
Photos: Upload relevant photos to help the property manager assess the issue.
Quote: Upload or enter your quote directly in the form.
Finally, click Submit request to send it off.
Once submitted, your request will go straight to the property manager for review. You’ll be notified when it’s approved and will receive a new work order to complete.
