How to Use Tapi

1. Receive an Email

You’ll get an email notification from Tapi for:

  • Work order updates

  • Maintenance approvals

  • Quotes requiring your decision

2. Open the Work Order Link

  • Click the link in the email to view the work order.

  • You’ll see all maintenance details on the left-hand side of the page, including job information, supplier details, and messages.

3. Take Action

  • If any approvals or decisions are needed, you’ll see action prompts on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Simply follow the instructions to approve, decline, or request more information.

4. Follow Updates

  • You can return to the same work order link anytime to see updates.

  • All progress and communication are visible in the audit trail on the left-hand side, so you’ll always know what’s happening.

  • There’s no need to log in — everything happens via email links.

  • You can reopen the same link anytime to check on job progress.
