Overview

Only property managers and trades with an existing Tapi dashboard can log in and reset their password.

If you’re a landlord or tenant, you don’t need a login to use Tapi — you’ll access updates and communications directly via email.

Reset Your Password

You can reset your password directly from the Tapi login page:

  • Click Forgot your password?

  • Follow the prompts to receive a password reset email.

Alternatively, you can access the password reset link directly here.

If You Haven’t Received a Reset Password Email

If you don’t receive the reset email:

  1. Check your junk or spam folder. Password reset emails can occasionally end up there.

  2. Make sure you’re using the correct email address — it must match the one registered in Tapi.

Depending on your role:

  • Property Managers: Use the same email address linked to your trust accounting platform, as this is the email Tapi uses for authentication.

  • Trades: Use the email address where you normally receive work orders.

If you’re still unable to reset your password, contact Tapi Support at support@tapihq.com.

Tips and Reminders

  • Your Tapi login email must be the same email you use for your trust account login (for property managers).

  • Always check your junk or spam folders before resending a password reset.

  • Landlords and tenants don’t need a login — all updates are sent via email automatically.

  • For persistent login issues, reach out to Tapi Support for assistance.
