Overview
Once your scheduled job date has passed, Tapi will send you an email asking you to confirm the status of the work. From there, you can confirm completion, reschedule, or submit a quote β depending on what happened on site.
How to confirm a job
After your scheduled date:
Open the email sent from Tapi.
Click the link in the email.
You will be redirected to the work order page.
On the right-hand side, choose the option that applies to your situation.
You may also add a message to the property manager if needed before confirming.
Job Status Options
Yes, all done β
Select this if the work has been completed.
You will then need to upload or submit your invoice.
Follow the steps in Sending or uploading an invoice.
No, schedule new appointment π
Select this if the work was not completed and needs to be rescheduled.
Follow the steps in Accepting and scheduling a work order to choose a new date.
No, provide a quote π
Select this if the job requires a quote before proceeding.
Follow the steps in Submitting a quote to send your pricing through Tapi.
If the quote is for rectification works, it is recommended to use the Submit Job button instead.
