Confirming a job in Tapi

Learn how to confirm completed work or update the job status after your scheduled appointment.

Overview

Once your scheduled job date has passed, Tapi will send you an email asking you to confirm the status of the work. From there, you can confirm completion, reschedule, or submit a quote β€” depending on what happened on site.


How to confirm a job

After your scheduled date:

  1. Open the email sent from Tapi.

  2. Click the link in the email.

  3. You will be redirected to the work order page.

  4. On the right-hand side, choose the option that applies to your situation.

You may also add a message to the property manager if needed before confirming.

No, provide a quote πŸ“„

  • Select this if the job requires a quote before proceeding.

  • Follow the steps in Submitting a quote to send your pricing through Tapi.

  • If the quote is for rectification works, it is recommended to use the Submit Job button instead.
