Your property management agency has the option to manage your license, insurance, and any other required policies through Tapi.
This works on an automated basis. Once they have the document, and they have marked it as verified on their end, Tapi will remind you to upload another close to the expiry date.
Please note that supplier compliance is not global across Tapi businesses. So you will need to have these uploaded, and verified for every agency that you work with π
Unlike other maintenance softwares, we will not limit work being sent to you if your documents are not uploaded/verified. However, by accepting work orders you are acknowledging you have the required documentation to complete this work and accept the responsibility to be/remain compliant with workplace regulations.
