How as a supplier to upload compliance documentation

Your property management agency has the option to manage your license, insurance, and any other required policies through Tapi.

This works on an automated basis. Once they have the document, and they have marked it as verified on their end, Tapi will remind you to upload another close to the expiry date.

Please note that supplier compliance is not global across Tapi businesses. So you will need to have these uploaded, and verified for every agency that you work with πŸ‘

Unlike other maintenance softwares, we will not limit work being sent to you if your documents are not uploaded/verified. However, by accepting work orders you are acknowledging you have the required documentation to complete this work and accept the responsibility to be/remain compliant with workplace regulations.

Learn how to upload your required documentation through Tapi πŸ§ πŸ™

Step 1: Open your work order

When you open up a work order you will see a yellow notification box informing you that this job may require compliance. If you have documents expiring in the next 60 days these will also show here.

Step 2: Click 'below' or scroll to the bottom of the work order

Here you can see all the current documents and you will also see the Upload new Document option underneath these current ones. Click this to upload the new compliance document.

You will also be able to see 'Valid until and any other documents that are either expired or expiring soon.

Step 3: Uploading the Document

Once you have clicked Upload Document, you will need to do the following:

  • Select the Document Type from the drop-down list

  • Select the date it is Valid From

  • Select the date it is Valid Until

  • Finally, click the blue Upload File button at the bottom

You have now successfully uploaded a compliance document! πŸŽ‰

This will pass to the property management agency and they will verify this on their end. Once it has been verified, you will receive a reminder X days prior to expiry. This changes from agency to agency.
