Short Answer

You can add attachments to a work order in Tapi by clicking “Send message or attachments” on the right-hand side of the job page.

Expanded Answer

After receiving a work order from your property manager, you can upload any relevant files — such as photos, reports, or certificates — directly in Tapi.

Here’s how:

  1. Open the work order you’ve received.

  2. On the right-hand side, click “Send message or attachments.”

    • This button appears either at the bottom of your action box or within the Audit Trail if you’ve already actioned the job.

  3. Use the upload area to attach:

    • Photos or videos of completed work

    • Invoices or reports

    • Additional documentation (e.g., warranties, compliance forms)

  4. Add a short message if needed, then click Upload.

Once uploaded, your attachments will appear in the audit trail, where your property manager can view them or add them to the job record.

💡 Note: The “Send message or attachments” button is located just below the area where you upload your compliance documents.
