Your dashboard displays work orders linked to the email address your property manager has entered in their trust account. If work orders are sent to a different email than the one your dashboard uses, they won’t appear.

The most common reason work orders don’t show on your Dashboard is an email mismatch. To appear in your dashboard:
The email used by your property manager to send work orders must be the same as the one used for your Tapi dashboard login.
If your property manager has recently updated your contact email, this may cause a temporary sync issue.
If you work with multiple property management agencies that use Tapi, you’ll see all your work orders in one dashboard as long as every agency uses the same email address for you.
If you’d like to update your email, contact your property manager so they can update your details in their CRM. If you still can’t see your work orders after confirming your email details, please reach out to support@tapihq.com for assistance.
