Setting up your supplier dashboard

A brief article detailing the process of setting up a supplier dashboard to better see open work orders and jobs.

As a supplier, signing up for a Tapi Dashboard is completely free. You might sign up for a dashboard if you are receiving multiple jobs from an individual property management agency, or if you are working for multiple agencies in one or more areas that also use Tapi. To sign up for your supplier dashboard, follow the simple steps below.

  1. Press the ‘Sign up’ button.

When you are sent a work order by a property manager, in the top right hand corner of the screen you will notice a ‘Sign Up’ button. Click this to start the process. If you aren’t seeing this button and it says ‘Sign In’ instead, then you already have a dashboard activated. Our support team will be more than happy to help!

2. Click ‘Get Started’

3. Take a quick tour

Watch the video and take a quick tour of the supplier dashboard - this will show you really clearly how the product works to make your life easier!

4. Fill out the short questionnaire

The questionnaire will cover off things like your name, the name of your business and your email address. This will give us all the information we need to get the ball rolling!

5. Take a quick walk through!

Run through a quick demo on how Tapi works. Let us make you a Tapi super user!!
