Setting up your Supplier Dashboard

A quick guide to help you create your Tapi Supplier Dashboard and manage your work orders efficiently.

Overview

As a supplier, your Tapi Dashboard is a free tool that gives you full visibility over all your jobs — whether you’re working with one property management agency or multiple agencies using Tapi.

Your dashboard allows you to:

  • View all open, scheduled, and completed jobs in one place.

  • Upload invoices and quotes directly.

  • Communicate easily with property managers.

Setting up your dashboard takes just a few minutes!


How to Set Up Your Supplier Dashboard

Step 1: Press the ‘Sign Up’ Button
When you receive a work order from a property manager, click the Sign Up button in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • If you see Sign In instead, you already have a dashboard set up.

  • If you’re unsure, contact our Support Team for assistance.

Step 2: Click ‘Get Started’
Follow the on-screen prompts to begin creating your supplier profile.

Step 3: Take a Quick Tour
Watch the short introductory video and walkthrough. This quick tutorial will show you how to manage your work orders, upload invoices, and communicate with property managers through Tapi.

Step 4: Fill Out the Short Questionnaire
Provide your:

  • Name

  • Business name

  • Email address

This helps us activate your account and ensure your dashboard connects properly with all the property managers you work with.

Step 5: Complete the Demo Walkthrough
Run through the short demo to learn how Tapi works and get familiar with your dashboard tools. You’ll be a Tapi pro in no time!

  • Use the same email address across all agencies so that all your jobs appear in one dashboard.

  • If you ever get stuck, use the chat support feature in your dashboard or email support@tapihq.com for help.

  • Bookmark your dashboard login page for easy access.
